I was 12, and my mother's boyfriend gave me the job of making him coffee before he got home from work. He worked security graveyard shifts. I don't remember the precise moment I tasted coffee, but it was one of the times after he got home and said I could have some.

The taste was like heaven, and I've been in love ever since--I even make some coffee products in my shop. :)

I haven't found anyone as into coffee as I am. Do you think it's an obsession?

Clearly, lol!

But can't judge by me-- I never developed a taste for it. :-)

ROFLOL... but will it remain your last one?!

:-)

I don't think I've ever had a cup of coffee come to think of it. I remember, as a kid, I liked to suck on the wooden stirrer sticks when my dad would get comp paper cups of coffee when we went grocery shopping. (Something that store did back in those days-- and yes, in those days, stir sticks were wood, not plastic.) I think I tried a sip of coffee once and <blaugh!> hated it.

We don't plan on having kids for a long while, but it will be almost inhumane to sustain from coffee for over 9 months!

Ny, French Vanilla is my favorite coffee! Besides white chocolate. If you ever come to WA I need to take you to my favorite coffee stand--that will change your mind.

My mother used to "flavor" my milk with a little coffee...yeah, I developed quite a taste for it! Over the years I went from coffee with lots of cream and sugar to the hard core I am today...straight up, no matter how bad the coffee is!!! Don't think I'd know how to start my day without a few cups of it. Nothing will take the place of that ol' jumpstart....
