can you please check on the following :

1 - you need the latest Flash player installed - http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
2 - please make sure JavaScript is not disabled
3 - please also try to clear your browser cache so that you can force the program to be retransferred to your browser. It might not have transmitted to your browser properly. Please see this : http://www.silkfair.com/forum/thread/622

Please let us know if that worked out. Thanks.

We think it might be caused by the recent Flash 10. That version is just recently available. The flash upgrades was a good advice, until this new version introduced this month.

We're going to see what we can do to make us compatible with Flash 10.

Not sure if it's even possible to find Flash 9 download now.

Looks like I may have gotten an automatic flash update on Oct 16. I can't really see what version it is, but that is the day I noticed not being able to upload photos (still can't).

It looks like there are still Flash Player 9 Free downloads still coming up on Google Search (whether they're active, I dunno). Including this link to Adobe's Support Center:
http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

But, there is also discussions about problems about 9 (with a debugger version ()

And it looks like I still have still have Install Flash 9.0.124.0 on my desktop. Should I reinstall that or sit tight while you debug the system for 10?

We traced the problem to a functional change in Flash 10 (compared to prior versions of Flash). We're looking at figuring a workaround to that Flash 10 change.

We found out many other sites using Flash in an interactive way to get file uploads have similar problems with this sudden introduction of Flash 10. Anyway, we're working on figuring this out. We're getting a lot of emails about this. In the mean time, it may not be easy - but maybe Flash 9 can still be found somewhere for download. We don't have a timeline yet in when we can deliver the solution to work around this Flash 10, as there are 3 different potential solutions that we're trying out right now.

If you upgraded to Flash 9, then that's fine. If you upgrade to 10, then please either downgrade to 9 or wait for us to figure out the workaround.

This was one of those, computer goes off and does it's own upgrade in the middle of the night when I'm not looking updates, so it's hard to know exactly what it did.

Sounds like I need to reinstall 9 then.
