Each store now has a chatroom (in store homepage and in store listings) !!

The possibilities are endless.  Sellers can now meet and greet visitors in real-time; conduct real-time events for sales; many possibilities!  It's now also possible to answer questions in real-time and walk potential buyers thru products in real time.

To use the chat, just simply type into the text box at the bottom of the chat window that appears below the store banner.  For all users, it's possible to resize the chat window.  Seller can customize messages that would appear for mini-chat when visitors stop by.

All registered users will appear in minichat in the ID that the user is logged in with.  All non-registered and non-logged-in-users will appear as "Anonymous-xxxx" where xxxx is some random characters to distinguish different anonymous visitors.

You can also opt-out of having a Minichat in your store.  To disable Minichat, just go to your Store Profile, and under the IM section, de-select the option that's labeled "Show Minichat" and then click on save.  Please note that Minichat is enabled for each store by default.

You can also enable/disable Minichat directly from your store's homepage.  The checkbox option is located on the upper right hand corner of the minichat.
